Field Notes: Sound Bath

These are field notes from the Sound Bath on the 22nd of February 2026 in Villach, Austria. These arise when I allow words to come through me, putting myself into the vibration and field of the happening - using the power of imagination and intuition. Are you coming from a sovereign place?

Is your intention grounded in true being?

We’ve all got different roles.

We’re our own teachers and masters.

Are you joking?

Is that the right moment?

Tears of healing.

We all hold another.

This time for me,

Another time for you.

All Balance. All One.

What unites us is

The joy in depth of beingness.

Sharing life in a way

That sounds like birds tweeting as the sun sets.

We’re looking to reconnect to the womb of the cosmos.

Be One like child & mother – The great Mother.

Oh, what peace feels like.

Nothing more to say.

Who I am and who I’m not.

Who’s my tribe and who is not.

Heartfelt true connection has a different feel.

Let go of what needs to,

To move naturally, elegant

Not perfect

But honest and transparent.

Only then, meaning is revealed,

When experience has moved through our body.

You’ll receive and understand,

Just at the right time.

Pause for a moment,

Like a cat, like ants –

Sense, presence.

See what is, the real information,

the true meaning beneath

pragmatic and authentic steps shall follow.

A sanctuary in sound vibration - within our hearts.
