When Trutz hits you like an arrow,

no need to resonate in sorrow.

When life comes at you with challenges and difficulties.

Know for sure, they are there to teach sou steady ease.

Resilience, a quality that comes with time and from within.

Thick as an old oaks bar, is your true self’s skin.

Way down the river, a fishers catch,

different color, still a match.

You see, forever could this list go on.
